Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, bespoke or made-to-order pieces (e.g. Custom Ceramic Creations, personalized designs).
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Design consultation and installation services, once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
